To ensure efficient scheduling and fair allocation of labor, we require advance notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the job start time will incur a minimum charge of $150 per assigned crew member. This fee reflects the reserved labor, scheduling commitments, and opportunity costs with last-minute changes.

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
